That’s why we’re excited to launch Scheduled Pickup Times — an easier and faster way to coordinate Gigs as a Driver and Sender.
No matter if you need a Gig picked up in two hours or two days, Senders can now schedule a pickup time in advance to let Drivers know when their Gig is ready.
Scheduling a delivery is easy — after selecting your pickup location, you’ll be able to schedule a pickup time. We’ll let Drivers know details before they even offer on a delivery.

Keep in mind that Drivers are delivering Gigs along the way, so they might arrive slightly before or after your scheduled time.
With scheduled pickup times, spend less time wondering if a Gig works for you.
Because you’ll know even more about the Gig before offering, you can spend less time coordinating with the Sender, know when an item is ready for pickup, and quickly decide if a Gig works for you.

Take a look at the Gig details to find out if a Gig has a scheduled pickup time. You’ll see the designated time next to “Pickup at” right above the delivery deadline.
If a Gig doesn’t have a specific pickup time, double check the Gig description and the comments. That’s where Senders add pickup details that are a bit more complicated than a simple date and time.
In your offer, tell the Sender what time you’re available to pick up the Gig. It’s one of the most important factors in getting chosen as a Driver, so the more detail, the better!
