Beautiful Briny Sea

Suzi Sheffield of Beautiful Briny Sea left her life as a restauranteur to start a new venture: blending her own seasoned salts, sugars, and sprinkles. All made with flair and sustainability in mind, the flavors ranging from exotic gunpowder and turkey brine to fan-favorites vanilla and lavender.

The chef-driven small batch salt and sugar blends from Beautiful Briny Sea have been making waves in their Old Fourth Ward neighborhood and beyond. Delicious on everything, these blends are sure to make a meal even better.  In May 2019, the Old Fourth Ward shop took the grand prize for the third time at the University of Georgia’s Flavor of Georgia.

Bella Cucina

Good food starts with good ingredients (and a little Italian fare). For Alisa at Bella Cucina, that began with a small cafe in the heart of Atlanta and quickly transformed into a full-blown artisanal food business after her customers kept asking for her recipes. Since then, Bella Cucina has become a figure in the Atlanta food scene — making award-winning gourmet foods crafted with an appreciation for beauty and sensibility for classic, yet innovative flavors.

Since its launch, Bella Cucina has garnered the attention of the media over the years. A highlight has been a feature on Oprah’s most popular “Favorite Things” show (twice!), O magazine, Food & Wine, Martha Stewart Living, Better Homes & Garden, and Cooking Light.

The Beehive

Designer owned and run, the beehive has become the home of local artists and entrepreneurs striving to make a mark on Atlanta and beyond. Located in the heart of Edgewood, the independent boutique curates handcrafted apparel, housewares, accessories, baby goods, local food goods and jewelry for everyone.

But more than the four walls that surround them, owner Mari Davis has prioritized creating a space where local entrepreneurs can get the support they need to make their businesses better.  From coconut lime cookies and homemade fudge to cheeky tea towels and mugs, there’s a little bit of something for everybody when you explore inside.

The giveaway ends Thursday, May 9th with winners announced on Friday.  We’ll deliver the basket to you (or Mom!) just in time for Mother’s Day.
