  • How much will I get paid?

    • Roadie is offering drivers the same pay and tip eligibility you get today.

  • When will I get paid?

    • Roadie payouts are weekly, processed every Tuesday. You can expect the deposit to appear in your account within 1-3 business days, depending on your bank. After 7 days on our platform, drivers with a valid debit card are eligible for Instant Pay — a daily cash-out option that deposits to your bank account within minutes.

  • What's changing?

    • Much of the FoodKick pickup and delivery process will be similar, including Driver Time Block signups and the pickup process. But Foodkick deliveries will now be powered by the Roadie app, so the app experience will be different from the Deliv app.

  • What is Roadie?

    • Roadie is an on-demand delivery platform that connects brands like FoodKick, The Home Depot, Walmart and others with independent drivers to do local and long distance deliveries. For most deliveries, Roadie drivers receive alerts and can offer on individual Gigs based on timing, location, payout and other details. For the FoodKick program, drivers will sign up for blocks of time similar to the Deliv process. We’ll send you more details on that over the next few weeks.

  • When will Roadie start delivering for FoodKick?

    • Roadie’s FoodKick program will start on Monday, 8/3. We’ll start with a limited number of time blocks for the first few days and quickly ramp up to previous volumes.
