With the devastating flood in Louisiana, tens of thousands of families have lost their homes and belongings. Many of them are in need of the most basic items and are relying on the national community to help them get back on their feet. And now that the flood waters are receding, it’s time to rebuild together.

To help Louisiana flood victims, Roadie will be providing free pickup and delivery on all Gigs going to and from Baton Rouge. If you have friends or loved ones in Baton Rouge, use Roadie to send them much-needed clothing, supplies, and other non-perishable items for free. Just post a Gig, and Roadie will cover the cost through its on-the-way community of drivers.

Send Anything With Roadie

Some of the most needed items — mattresses, furniture, clothes, pallets of water, and non-perishable food — are the hardest to ship. They’re heavy, bulky, and expensive to send.

At Roadie, we’re connecting people who want to help with people already on the way. Thousands of cars are already driving along the major highways around Baton Rouge ready to help. If you’re a volunteer, college student, church group, or business traveler already planning a trip to Baton Rouge, consider becoming a Roadie driver. You can earn extra cash on a trip you’re already taking, while also helping those in need.

People helping people lives at the heart of what we do. In our minds, there’s no greater use of the Roadie community. Let’s show Baton Rouge that help is on the way.
