How do I get Roadie to deliver from my Nothing Bundt Cakes store?

Are my fragile deliveries safe with Roadie drivers?
- Yes! In addition to having smoke- and pet hair-free, air-conditioned vehicles, Roadie drivers are focused on making sure your orders arrive at customers’ doors in great condition.
Can drivers deliver for someone else after they’ve picked up my cakes?
- No, drivers must complete their delivery for you before they can make deliveries for anyone else.
What happens if a product is damaged during delivery?
- Roadie partners with Nothing Bundt Cakes to automatically insure orders up to $100 with additional coverage available for purchase. In the rare case that a product is damaged, you can file a claim with claims@roadie.com.
How quickly can I get something delivered?
- Roadie has worked with Nothing Bundt Cakes to offer 4-hour delivery for orders up to 25 miles, including weekends and holidays. Please select delivery deadlines at least 4 hours in the future.
Can Roadie deliver on holidays?
- Roadie is open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year. Roadie drivers can deliver anytime.
How do I know an order is delivered?
- When a delivery is confirmed, you can track it in real-time from the Roadie platform. Your customers will receive an email or text message with a link that can be accessed on any mobile device or web browser. Drivers are also required to photo-verify pick-up and drop-off.
