high quality delivery serviceATLANTA — The Home Depot has named Roadie its Deliver-From-Store CSAT Carrier of the Year, noting that the crowdsourced delivery company had provided the best customer satisfaction scores of all its delivery partners and carriers.

It marks the second time Roadie has been recognized by the world’s largest home improvement specialty retailer, demonstrating its long-term commitment to high customer satisfaction for The Home Depot’s customers. The retailer awarded Roadie the same designation in 2020.

“The Home Depot took a chance on us four years ago,” said Marc Gorlin, Roadie’s founder and CEO. “They’ve entrusted the last touch in their customer delivery experience to us. We take that responsibility seriously, and it’s an honor to know they think we’re doing something right.”

“If you’re in the middle of an urgent home repair project, you probably need that drill bit ten minutes ago. We haven’t quite gotten the hang of time travel yet, but we can do the next best thing: getting it to you as fast as possible,” Gorlin added.

The Home Depot launched same-day delivery with Roadie from its U.S. stores in 2018. Today, Roadie drivers deliver car and van orders with everything from lightbulbs to lawn furniture from 1,700+ The Home Depot stores nationwide.
