The Situation

Pinch Med Spa is a tech-enabled concierge medical spa founded to empower Nurse Practitioners to run their own mobile med spa that supplements their day job. Pinch offers everything their expert providers need – from insurance and training to marketing and software. One key aspect of providing medical spa treatments at home is the products and supplies for each appointment. 

Pinch’s operations have always been set up to be mobile, with Nurse Practitioners traveling to meet clients. However, as Pinch’s popularity grew, so did the need for more complex logistics. The company’s original system for managing provider visits and delivering supplies wasn’t enough to keep up with demand. Specifically, they needed a better way to:

  • Get medical products and supplies to providers across many zip codes
  • Coordinate same-day treatments with on-demand deliveries on short notice
  • Manage multiple deliveries at the same time across different locations

As Pinch scaled its operations, it became clear that an upgrade was necessary to ensure consistent, timely delivery of supplies for providers – and that’s where the company turned to Roadie.

The Challenge

When exploring delivery solutions, Pinch needed to get their Botox injections and dermal fillers to their providers safely, on time, and in a cost-effective manner.
